I reached out to several repair shops over a holiday weekend and Agile was the only one to respond in a timely manner (Thankfully). They came on time, communicated clearly and helped get our fridge back up and running the same day (2 trips up and down the hill). I needed the turntable fixed on my built-in microwave oven.  They arrived when they said they would, and determined that the turntable motor had gone bad.  They didn't have the replacement part on hand, and so had to go out and get one -- but they were able to come back less than 2 hours later with the replacement part in hand.  Initially, they wired up the motor incorrectly, but were able to figure this out in a matter of minutes.  My microwave's turntable is now working correctly.

Since the oven was heavy, moving it out of its housing was a 2-person job, which understandably doubles the labor costs.  The total price for the replacement part and their service was $429, which was reasonable.

We had a problem with our combined GE Microwave/Oven and it turned out to be three problems; the inverter, a magnetron, and a switch.  Frank, of Agile, came the next day and went about the diagnosis logically and in a pragmatic manner.  The parts came back a few days later, as scheduled for the installation and re-assembly of our microwave.  Everything went to plan.   Suffice it to say that I would hire Agile Appliance to service any appliance issue that might arise in the future,   Thanks again, Frank, for the prompt, professional support. I had a GE fridge that does not dispense water or ice. 
Frank was punctual and right on time for the appointment (time window) he was methodical in his troubleshooting, and figured out that the issue is not related to the fridge itself, but rather to the supply line from the reverse osmosis filter, which I cut off while replacing an old water filter. Frank traced the problem and reconnected the supply lines and now everything works perfectly.

You can't beat Agile for expert work, reasonable pricing, and prompt service.
My 3 door refrigerator when out on July 26th filled with fresh and frozen foods.
I called Frank at Agile and he sent a technician out within two hours. My mother board was replaced the next day and my fridge works like new. Umid, the technician, did a great job and helped me put my now cleaned refrigerator shelves back after cleaning the back of the frige and making certain everything worked perfectly, again. I highly recommend them.
